Andrew Benintendi Remains Scorching Hot
6 years agoAndrew Benintendi smacked a solo homer off Charlie Morton on Sunday as the Boston Red Sox pounded the Houston Astros 9-3. It was the 23-year-old's second homer in as many nights. The Red Sox outfielder went 2-for-5 and also scored twice. Benintendi is slashing a remarkable .339/.433/.714 with six home runs, 18 RBI, and two stolen bases over his past 15 games. After a cold April, he has been one of the best offensive players in baseball. His combination of power and speed make him an incredibly valuable fantasy asset and he should continue to produce batting near the top of a deep Red Sox lineup.
