7 years agoChicago Cubs shortstop Addison Russell is sitting on Monday for a normal day of rest. Tommy La Stella has been inserted into the lineup at second base, hitting second, with Javier Baez sliding over to shortstop. La Stella provides some value as a cheap DFS option at the top of the lineup. La Stella has been a perfect pinch-hit option this season with his .344 batting average this season, but it would be nice to see a little more power. He has a pretty empty .377 slugging percentage, as 19 of his 21 hits are singles. His on-base ability should put him in opportunities to score Monday.--Feldman Zach
