Chase Anderson Gets Bailed Out By Offense In No Decision
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Chase Anderson went 3 2/3 innings pitched giving up seven hits, five runs, and three walks while striking out five in the 17-6 win over the New York Mets. Anderson was lucky that his offense was on-fire today, otherwise, he definitely would've been handed a loss in most games. Anderson has not been great in the month of May, totaling a 2-1 record, with a 7.08 ERA and 15 strikeouts in 20 1/3 innings pitched so far. He's now up to a 4-3 record on the year, with a 4.42 ERA and 38 strikeouts in 55 innings pitched, and should still be owned in all deep formats, as well as most shallower formats.
