Seranthony Dominguez Remains Without A Run Allowed
7 years agoWhile the Philadelphia Phillies bullpen and the closer situation remains a mystery, one thing continues to become clearer, and that is that rookie Seranthony Dominguez is the class of the unit. The 23-year-old once again pitched on Wednesday night, coming on in relief of Jake Arrieta in the seventh inning with two away. He would record the last out, then pitch a scoreless eighth, striking out one batter. For the season now, Dominguez has tossed nine shutout innings, surrendering just one hit and striking out nine.
