Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Donte Moncrief, a key free-agent addition, is expected to start alongside Marqise Lee in 2018. However, second-year wideouts Keelan Cole and Dede Westbrook also figure to play key roles in the passing game. Moncrief was a disappointment in his four years with the Colts, never catching more than 64 passes, and he had only 26 grabs for 391 yards and two scores in 12 games in 2017. There are a lot of mouths to feed in Jacksonville's passing attack in a run-first offense, so Moncrief's ceiling is quite low.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
