Didi Gregorius Out Of Lineup Saturday
Didi Gregorius is out of the starting lineup Saturday against the Royals. Gregorius is likely getting the day off because he has been ice cold at the plate for nearly the entire month of May. Since May 4, Gregorius has one hit in the 10 games he has started. Even with this slump, Gregorius is still batting a decent .248 and his 10 home runs to start the year give fantasy owners enough justification to keep him in their lineups. He will likely need to make some adjustments, but going forward, Didi should just be held because the time to sell is long gone.

Didi Gregorius On The Bench Monday
Didi Gregorius will be on the bench for the team's series opener on Monday against the Atlanta Braves and left-hander Max Fried. Gregorius is batting .225 with a .284 on-base percentage, a home run, and a stolen base in 204 plate appearances this season. Instead, Bryson Stott will move over from second base and start at shortstop with Yairo Munoz entering the lineup and getting the nod at second. The 27-year-old is batting seventh against Atlanta on Monday. For the season, Munoz is hitting .209 with a .261 on-base percentage, three home runs, and a stolen base in 46 plate appearances. Fantasy managers in search of streaming help are probably better off looking elsewhere.

Didi Gregorius Out Again Tuesday
Didi Gregorius (knee) is out of the starting lineup again against the Washington Nationals on Tuesday. Gregorius is dealing with left knee soreness and hasn't played since July 1. Fantasy managers should continue to consider him day-to-day and remove him from daily lineups. The 32-year-old has played in only 41 games so far this year and is hitting .255/.316/.362 with no home runs, 12 RBI and 14 runs scored in 155 plate appearances. Bryson Stott will start at shortstop again on Tuesday and is hitting seventh against Nationals right-hander Paolo Espino. Stott is hitting just .185 on the season with four home runs and three stolen bases in 52 games, but he's gone 6-for-16 (.375) with two RBI and a steal in six games over the last week.

Phillies Reinstate Didi Gregorius From Injured List
Didi Gregorius (knee) from the 10-day injured list on Sunday and placed infielder Nick Maton (shoulder) on the 10-day injured list with a right shoulder sprain in a corresponding move. Gregorius is expected to return to the lineup on Sunday against Los Angeles Angels left-hander Patrick Sandoval after he was sidelined for a month. The 32-year-old veteran shortstop went 3-for-15 with a home run in five minor league rehab games and will return to a .288/.338/.356 slash line with no home runs, seven RBI and seven runs scored in 18 games with the Phillies prior to his injury. Gregorius' return is big for a beat up Phillies team that recently lost second baseman Jean Segura to a fractured finger.

Didi Gregorius Headed To IL
Didi Gregorius is headed to the IL with a left knee sprain. This is some tough news as Gregorius had been putting together a solid 2022 campaign with a .288 average, seven RBI, and seven runs scored through his first 59 at-bats. Bryson Stott will be recalled to replace him, but fantasy managers should look elsewhere for production to replace Gregorius.
