Jameson Taillon Leaves Game With Finger Injury
7 years agoPittsburgh Pirates starter Jameson Taillon had to leave Friday's game against the San Francisco Giants with a finger laceration. Taillon had gone three innings, striking out five, and only allowing a single hit before being taken out of the game. It has been a rollercoaster season for the 26-year-old righty as evidenced by his 2-3 record and 4.42 ERA. It is currently unknown if this injury will require Taillon to miss his next start, although original speculation is that it is not overly serious. Stay tuned for additional updates.
