7 years agoIn the days after their elimination, the Boston Bruins announced defenseman Torey Krug suffered a fractured ankle in Game 4 of their series against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The expected recovery time for Krug, who will not need surgery, is two months. He will be ready for the Bruins training camp come the fall, and should be a reliable fantasy option in redraft leagues. The 27-year-old set a career high with 59 points this season, tying his career high of 14 goals. At the time of his injury, Krug led all defensemen in postseason scoring with 12 points.--Kevin Acorn
