Pedro Florimon Drives In Run In Victory
7 years agoStarting on Wednesday due to Scott Kingery’s elbow discomfort, Philadelphia Phillies shortstop Pedro Florimon certainly did not disappoint in his club’s 6-0 victory over the Miami Marlins. The veteran, who was batting seventh, recorded two hits and an RBI while also scoring a run himself. Florimon, 31, is into his second season with the Phillies, his fourth professional club in eight seasons. If Kingery misses additional time, the Dominican will likely be the choice to see more time at short.
