Detroit Lions receiver Kenny Golladay should have a bigger role in Detroit's offense in 2018. After an electric Week 1, Golladay was injured for most of the rest of last season, never quite crawling back into fantasy relevance. The Lions still have Golden Tate, Marvin Jones and T.J. Jones, so Golladay will have to fight for touches. However, he is an excellent deep threat and is worth a look in deeper formats.--patton

The New York Giants will release wide receiver Kenny Golladay on the first day of the new league year on March 15, according to a source. By waiting until March 15, the Giants will save $6.7 million against the 2023 salary cap. Golladay was a massive bust for the G-Men after he signed a four-year, $72 million deal as a free agent in 2021. The 29-year-old repaid the Giants by catching just 43 of his 93 targets for 602 yards and one touchdown in 26 games (18 starts) in his time with the team the last two seasons. It was a precipitous fall for Golladay after he had back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons with the Detroit Lions in 2018 and 2019. Perhaps he can bounce back with a change of scenery, but it seems unlikely given Golladay's lack of separation in recent years with the Giants.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

New York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay hauled in two of his seven targets for 30 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. With the Giants resting their starters ahead of the postseason, the expensive wideout got more playing time at wide receiver. Even though he was ineffective on the majority of his targets, the veteran wide receiver made an impressive touchdown grab, giving him his first touchdown as a member of the Giants. Despite scoring his first touchdown since 2020, Golladay likely won't see any snaps in next week's showdown versus the Minnesota Vikings in the Wild Card round.--Skyler Carlin - RotoBaller

New York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay (illness) and tight end Lawrence Cager (coach's decision) are inactive for Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders. Golladay had been listed as questionable while Cager is a healthy scratch. The latter has appeared in seven games this season, catching four passes for 51 yards. Meanwhile, Cager's absence coincides with the return of Daniel Bellinger (eye).--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller

New York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay (illness) won't play during the Week 13 matchup against the Washington Commanders. The 29-year-old is dealing with an illness and woke up feeling worse than he did yesterday. That being said, the Giants will have Golladay sit this one out. Darius Slayton (illness) is questionable for this game, but would likely see an uptick in targets, assuming he plays. Fellow wideout Richie James (knee) is also questionable for this game, but would be a flex play if he plays on Sunday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
