7 years agoThe Los Angeles Chargers selected Florida State safety Derwin James with the No. 17 pick of the 2018 NFL draft. James was certainly the best player left on the draft board, and he will immediately upgrade LA's secondary. He's extremely versatile and has great instincts. He can also play up in the running game and is a fine tackler. It's a great pick for the Chargers, who need more help on the defensive side of the ball.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
