7 years agoArizona Diamondbacks catcher Alex Avila is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Phillies. It comes one day after his best game of the season where he had three hits, including a home run. Avila has not had a great season, but hopefully his performance Tuesday is a step in the right direction.
