Cowboys Plan to Release Dez Bryant on Friday
7 years agoThe Dallas Cowboys are planning to release wide receiver Dez Bryant on Friday, "barring an unexpected last-minute change of heart." Bryant and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones are scheduled to meet on Friday, and the plan is to cut ties with their former elite wide receiver. A change of scenery could potentially be the best thing for Bryant's fantasy value, as he's struggled to shape his game around quarterback Dak Prescott's limitations. Depending on his landing spot, Bryant could return to at least solid WR2 value in 2018. He won't have a hard time finding a new team.
