Landon Collins May Need Surgery
7 years agoNew York Giants safety Landon Collins' arm isn't healing as quickly as doctors had hoped, and he may need surgery to insert a plate, according to sources. If he needs the surgery, he'll likely need six to eight weeks to return to full football activities. That'd mean that Collins would miss offseason workouts but be back for training camp this summer. Collins is a very valuable member of the team's secondary and has 100-plus tackles in all three of his NFL seasons. The 24-year-old had 104 tackles, two fumble recoveries and two interceptions in 2017.
