Jrue Holiday With Great All-Around Game
7 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point guard/shooting guard Jrue Holiday did a little bit of everything in a win over the Phoenix Suns that presently lands his squad in fifth spot in the Western Conference. Holiday collected 22 points on an efficient 8-of-15 from the field and a impressive 4-of-6 from behind the arc. Holiday also threw in 10 assists with six rebounds and added two blocks to go along with two steals. Holiday was once again everywhere and combined for 86 points with teammates Nikola Mirotic and Anthony Davis. The Pelicans are fighting for playoff positioning, so there will be no letting up in the teams remaining three games.

Jrue Holiday Questionable Against The Lakers
3 weeks agoBoston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (finger) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Lakers. He's missed the last four contests because of a finger injury. But, truth be told, Holiday hasn't been the most consistent fantasy option during the 2024-25 campaign, averaging only 10.8 points per game, the second-lowest mark of his career. Sam Hauser (ankle) and Kristaps Porzingis (illness) are also questionable, so Joe Mazzulla may turn to Payton Pritchard and Al Horford to enter the starting lineup behind Derrick White, Jaylen Brown, who is off the injury report, and Jayson Tatum.

Jrue Holiday Unlikely To Play On Wednesday
4 weeks agoBoston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (finger) is listed as doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers. Holiday is in danger of missing his third game in a row due to a right finger injury. This is bad timing with the Celtics having multiple key players on the injury report. The absence of Holiday would likely mean that Payton Pritchard and Sam Hauser see increased roles in the rotation. Pritchard is the better choice between the two, but both players are worth a look with the Celtics extremely limited right now.
