Robert Griffin Agrees With Ravens
7 years agoFree-agent quarterback Robert Griffin agreed on a one-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday. Griffin didn't play at all in 2017 after he was cut by Cleveland last March. His last start came Jan. 1 of 2017 against the Steelers, and he completed 72.5 percent of his passes for 232 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in the Week 17 season finale. Griffin burst onto the scene in his rookie year with Washington, but has been a disappointment ever since, mainly after injuring his ACL at the end of his rookie year. He'll likely serve as the No. 2 behind Joe Flacco in Baltimore, but he's not guaranteed to make the final roster and the Ravens could also address the position in the draft.
