It's an intriguing seven-game slate for DFS Premier League soccer this weekend on FanDuel and DraftKings. Below we bring you seven players you should consider as EPL DFS lineup picks for Matchday 33 (on April 7th, 2018).
Not all are top-tier options, as there is a range of DFS value picks, sleepers and high-risk players mixed in.
Consider all of these EPL players for your DFS lineups this weekend; however, at the end of the day, it is always your decision. Good luck, RotoBallers.
EPL DFS Forwards to Consider
Harry Kane - F, TOT vs STK (DK - $11,600, FD - $12,500)
Regardless of the format or website, Harry Kane needs to be in your lineups if you hope to cash in this weekend. Kane has a unique opportunity due to his elite tier performance levels and the fact that he does not play a top-level defense in Stoke City. With the other top teams (Man City, Liverpool, and Man United) going up against each other or facing fierce rivals Everton (in Liverpool's case), Kane is the only surefire elite option this weekend that is almost guaranteed to produce for owners. He will have high ownership percentages, and every lineup other than a contrarian construction should have Kane in it.
Christian Benteke - F, CRY vs BOU (DK - $5,200, FD - $7,500)
In the midst of a seven game goal drought, Benteke has underperformed this season for Crystal Palace and his place on Belgium's World Cup squad is in jeopardy. However, Benteke has a decent opportunity to find the back of the net against a middle-of-the-road Bournemouth lineup and looks to be the unquestioned starter as a result of Alexander Sorloth's injury. Benteke is a very good contrarian play but also offers upside in GPP games as his risk is baked into his cost.
EPL DFS Midfielders to Consider
Dele Alli - M, TOT vs STK (DK - $7,900, FD - $9,500)
Alli had a brace last weekend against Chelsea and looks to continue his form this weekend against a much weaker Stoke City side. Expect Alli to get involved in his team's chances as the young Englishman looks to add to his tally of eight goals and nine assists this season. Alli has scored or assisted in his last three games, making him an elite option on both formats, especially at his reduced cost on DraftKings.
Kenedy - M, NEW vs LEI (DK - $6,400, FD - $7,500)
The young Brazilian wingback has definitely been a boost to Newcastle since joining on loan, contributing with an assist last week and consistently being one of the main threats for the team in the attacking third of the pitch. Kenedy has a reasonably difficult matchup against Leicester this week, but he could be a good Tournament play if he is able to contribute offensively as he has been up to this point in the season.
EPL DFS Defenders to Consider
Ben Davies - D, TOT vs STK (DK - $5,700, FD - $7,000)
The main attacking fullback for Tottenham, Davies seems to consistently be involved in Tottenham's chances this season, placing him in the elite tier for defenders on both FanDuel and DraftKings. With six assists and two goals this season, Davies has been producing at a top level for the majority of the season when he has been in the lineup. The risk of rotation with Danny Rose is slim, making Davies an elite option for GPP players this weekend.
Kyle Walker - D, MCI vs MU (DK - $4,500, FD - $6,000)
Although he has a very tricky matchup on paper, Walker is a very good contrarian play this weekend due to his propensity to perform well in big games and Manchester City's attacking prowess this season. Walker has played almost every minute of the season, and the Englishman has six assists on the year. Although he is not a top level option on the week, he still has the chance to perform and will likely have low ownership levels this weekend.
EPL DFS Goalies to Consider
Hugo Lloris - G, TOT vs STK (DK - $5,800, FD - $5,000)
Going with the theme of Tottenham players this weekend, Lloris looks to be an elite option on FanDuel at the position and a decent option on DraftKings despite the high cost. Lloris should get a clean sheet against an underwhelming Stoke City attacking front, yet there could be opportunity for a number of shot stopping opportunities for the French goalkeeper. Keep Lloris in your lineups if you are playing in GPP contests this weekend; however, if you are in Tournament contests, it might be best to look for other options.
Good luck this weekend!
