Anaheim Ducks defenseman Cam Fowler (shoulder) has been ruled out for two to six weeks following an injury suffered in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win against Colorado. He got hurt when Blake Comeau checked him into the boards near the end of regulation. Fowler will be re-evaluated in a week to determine if he can return in a couple of weeks or if he'll need more time to recover. It's a big blow for the Ducks, as Fowler plays in every situation and he's their leader in average ice time with 24:51. With Fowler out, Francois Beauchemin will be logging minutes on the second pairing while Hampus Lindholm looks set to get a lot more power-play time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
