Jordan Reed Had Surgery On Toes
7 years agoWashington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden said tight end Jordan Reed (toes) had a "procedure done on his toes... hopefully we'll see a 100 percent healthy Jordan by training camp." With Reed, it's always something. He played in just six games last year due to to, hip and leg injuries, and he's never played in more than 14 games in a single season. It's no secret that Reed is a special talent when he's healthy and on the field, but he just hasn't been able to stay on the field consistently, which is a big problem for those that have taken the leap on him in fantasy. He should be able to develop a nice rapport with new quarterback Alex Smith, who consistently used tight end Travis Kelce in Kansas City. However, speculating on how many games Reed will actually play is the problem. Select Reed at your own risk in 2018 drafts.
