Edmonton Oilers defenseman Darnell Nurse had his best offensive game of the season on Thursday, finishing a 6-2 win over Ottawa with three points. The Senators were dominated by Connor McDavid's line and Nurse picked up three assists in the process. He also had four shots on goal, three blocks, and two hits in the game with a plus-three rating. Nurse has moved up to the first pairing, with Oscar Klefbom (shoulder) done for the season, and he's ended a nine-game drought by recording points in three of the last four games. He's already the highest scoring defenseman on the team with 25 points and should be able to add much more to his tally before the season is over.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
