Austin Rivers Heats Up Late
7 years agoLos Angeles Clippers guard/forward Austin Rivers started off slow on Wednesday against the Bucks, but had a very strong finish to his game in the win over Milwaukee. Rivers filled up the stat sheet in this one, producing in every category across the board in his game-high 38 minutes. He drained five three-pointers on his way to 22 points (8-for-17) in the contest, as well as chipping in three rebounds, four assists, two steals and a block in the win. Rivers is as streaky as they come, but when he gets it going, he really can heat up. Watch for him to get into his groove again on Friday, as the Clippers head to Indiana now to matchup against Victor Oladipo and the Pacers.
