7 years agoBaltimore Orioles designated hitter Mark Trumbo will be out for three to four weeks with an injury to his right quadriceps. Apparently, the MRI results he got were not favorable. In the meantime, it's anybody's guess as to what might happen. Perhaps first baseman Chris Davis (forearm) could take the reins until then so as to let him avoid throwing. Pedro Alvarez could stick with the team until Trumbo comes back. Trumbo, who relies a lot on his legs as a source of power, will surely drop at least several pegs on draft boards while opening the season on the disabled list.--Michael Griffin - RotoBaller
