Calgary Flames goalie Mike Smith became the sixth different netminder to record a shutout for the team against their bitter rivals Edmonton, as he made 28 saves in a 1-0 win on Tuesday. It's his third shutout of the season and first since November, and it was a really impressive outing, as the Oilers came in hot and Smith had actually struggled over the weekend in his first game back from an injury. The Flames will be hoping that there will be more to come, as they will heavily lean on Smith during their playoff push. His numbers -- 2.51 goals-against average and .922 save percentage -- don't really stand out, but Smith has been solid throughout the year and is showing that he's still got it ahead of his 36th birthday, which will be next Thursday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
