7 years agoMontreal Canadiens goalie Antti Niemi will get the start Tuesday following Montreal’s loss Monday night to Columbus. Fellow netminder Charlie Lindgren started in the loss, so Montreal is hoping a change in net will produce a change on the scoreboard. That is unlikely to be the case, though, as Montreal has struggled this season in the second game of a back-to-back, only winning three of 11 such games. Niemi has a .906 save percentage on the year and will be tested against a Dallas team looking to secure their spot in the playoffs. Niemi has played well with Montreal in stretches but is a risky play, at best, Tuesday.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
