San Jose Sharks defenseman Dylan DeMelo picked up two assists, one on the power play, in Monday's 5-3 win over Detroit to make it seven points in five games this month. DeMelo, who is playing on the bottom pairing with Brenden Dillon and on the second power-play unit, has been a nice find for head coach Peter DeBoer. The 2011 sixth-round pick had just 70 career games before this season and didn't really stand out in the AHL either, but he's been a regular in the Sharks lineup since January, picking up points in a hurry lately. He's got 15 points (all assists) in 50 games in total for the season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
