7 years agoJust like on Wednesday, Boston Red Sox starting pitcher Drew Pomeranz (forearm) played catch and was pain-free on Thursday, according to Christopher Smith of MassLive.com. Pomeranz threw from 90 feet with no issues. Manager Alex Cora does not want to rush Pomeranz back to action, so he could not commit to Pomeranz being on the Opening Day roster. "We're going to have to wait and see how he reacts to what he's going through right now," Cora said. Right now, we will wait to see how he progresses and hope Pomeranz has no setbacks.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
