Stephen Curry Tweaks Ankle Again In Win
7 years agoGolden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry will miss the team's two-game road trip versus the Blazers and Timberwolves, as he will nurse his right ankle after he twisted it after landing on the foot of LaMarcus Aldridge in the first quarter of their win versus the Spurs. Previously, this was the same ankle that kept Curry out for a month this season and the same ankle which gave him problems during his early years in the NBA. Let's hope this is not a recurrence, as head coach Steve Kerr and his crew would most definitely want their star guard during the playoffs. Expect the Warriors to be cautious with this injury, but this just means you need to find alternatives to shoulder the load. The team is saying that Curry could miss up to the next two to three weeks.
