7 years agoBoston Red Sox super-utility man Eduardo Nunez will be making his spring debut at second base Thursday. Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe has reported Nunez is in the lineup and is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday as well. Nunez will start the season at second base in place of the injured Dustin Pedroia (knee). He is a great source of power and speed, benefited even more by the stellar lineup in Boston. Even when Pedroia returns, Nunez should not have an issue finding playing time.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
