7 years agoThe Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to place the franchise tag on impending free-agent running back Le'Veon Bell before the March 6 deadline. While both sides are much more optimistic that a long-term extension will be worked out this time around, the $14.5 million one-year tag will buy the team time to come to an agreement with Bell. Bell is the best dual-threat running back in the NFL and should be the consensus No. 1 overall fantasy pick in 2018. He posted his second straight 1,000-yard rushing season (1,291 yards) with a career-high nine rushing scores and also caught a career-high 85 passes for an additional 655 yards and two touchdowns.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
