7 years agoBrooklyn Nets center Jarrett Allen's strong play continues, as he had another strong performance against a solid defensive center in Clint Capela. Allen has been known for his defense, but his scoring ability is really starting to flourish over the last handful of games for the evolving big man. Allen has scored in double-digit points in eight straight games as he has taken the starting center position and ran with it. The fact that Allen is showing the ability to contribute at such a high level at such a young age shows how much potential that he has. Normally, guys taken with the 22nd overall pick in the draft don’t have fans gushing, but in Brooklyn there are bright days ahead with the core of players they have assembled.--Bash Mike
