Jrue Holiday Outplayed by His Brother on Monday
7 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday faced off with his brother, Justin Holiday, and the Chicago Bulls on Monday night. However, he managed to only put up a disappointing 12 points on a rough 5-for-17 shooting from the field. It was one of the worst scoring outputs of the season from him and follows a hot streak of five consecutive games with at least 20 points or more. Nonetheless, Holiday should bounce back during the team's next game against the Charlotte Hornets, as he's having a very strong month so far, making 50.3 percent of his shots in addition to averaging 20.3 points, 4.9 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 2.1 steals per contest.

Jrue Holiday Questionable For Wednesday's Game
10 hours agoBoston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (shoulder) is considered questionable for Wednesday's meeting with the Miami Heat. He continues to have trouble with his right shoulder and could take the night off after featuring in each of the last four games. Holiday's absence would boost the fantasy stock of Payton Pritchard, Sam Hauser, and Baylor Scheierman. Pritchard's production has risen to 16.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.3 assists in games without Holiday this season, even as he has continued to come off the bench during these instances.

Jrue Holiday Returns On Saturday
4 weeks agoBoston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (finger) is back in action ahead of Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Holiday will make his return to the court after missing the last four games due to a right finger injury. It sounds like he'll have a full workload on Saturday despite missing the last four contests. He should have a busy night ahead of him trying to defend Luka Doncic. Holiday is usually a viable fantasy option, so go ahead and get him active ahead of Saturday's tip-off.

Jrue Holiday Questionable Against The Lakers
4 weeks agoBoston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (finger) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Lakers. He's missed the last four contests because of a finger injury. But, truth be told, Holiday hasn't been the most consistent fantasy option during the 2024-25 campaign, averaging only 10.8 points per game, the second-lowest mark of his career. Sam Hauser (ankle) and Kristaps Porzingis (illness) are also questionable, so Joe Mazzulla may turn to Payton Pritchard and Al Horford to enter the starting lineup behind Derrick White, Jaylen Brown, who is off the injury report, and Jayson Tatum.

Jrue Holiday Remains Out On Thursday Versus 76ers
4 weeks agoJustin Turpin of WEEI.com reports that Boston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (finger) is unavailable for Thursday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. Holiday will miss his fourth consecutive contest due to a right-finger injury. The Celtics have multiple key players on the injury list and with Holiday's absence, Payton Pritchard and Derrick White will see increased roles this evening. Both players are worth a look for fantasy managers, with the Celtics significantly shorthanded right now.
