7 years agoChicago Bulls forward Justin Holiday had an excellent shooting performance, hitting seven of his 11 threes. Holiday finished with 25 points and four rebounds, but this game was all about the emergence of Zach LaVine in just his second game in a Bulls uniform. Holiday played his usual number of minutes, but the scoring continues to be as streaky as the Bulls record. Holiday has been putting up big scoring nights like Monday’s all season, so don’t expect this to be Holiday “turning over a new leaf.” It's simply a good game shooting from the versatile wing. It doesn't look like LaVine's return will take too much from Holiday's attempts, but there will be better indicators when LaVine is assuming a full workload on a nightly basis.--Jake King-Finnen - RotoBaller

3 years agoSacramento Kings guard Justin Holiday (illness) has been ruled out for Monday night's game against the Chicago Bulls. He came down with a non-COVID illness and the illness caused him to exit early during the team's previous game against the Utah Jazz on Saturday. Donte DiVincenzo is slotting into the starting five to take Holiday's spot. DiVincenzo has really struggled so far this month. Over six games in March, while logging 23.8 minutes per contest, he's averaging 7.3 points and 2.8 assists per game and shooting 30.2% from the field. We'll see if Holiday is able to return to action for the team's next game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller

3 years agoSacramento Kings forward Justin Holiday (illness) was forced to exit early during Saturday's game against the Utah Jazz. He wasn't on the pregame injury report, but was unable to finish the game due to a non-COVID related illness. Holiday was only able to play nine minutes and it's uncertain if he'll be ready for their next contest. His absence resulted in more playing time for Jeremy Lamb. Both Lamb and Donte DiVincenzo could have some deep league appeal, assuming Holiday misses time.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

3 years agoSacramento Kings forwards Domantas Sabonis and Justin Holiday will start during Wednesday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Both players have been cleared to play and will make their team debuts here. They will be joined by De'Aaron Fox, Harrison Barnes, and Chimezie Metu in the starting five. It'll be interesting to see how Sabonis and Holiday look in their new environment. Fantasy managers in season long formats should have Sabonis in their lineups. However, neither player is a great bet for DFS contests on Wednesday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

3 years agoIndiana Pacers forward Justin Holiday will play during Wednesday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. He has missed each of the last six games while sitting out due to the league's COVID-19 protocols. Chris Duarte will lose fantasy value and minutes with the return of Holiday. Despite that, he is worth hanging onto in some formats because the Pacers are likely to rebuild soon. Holiday isn't much of a fantasy option and can probably be ignored in most formats right now.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
