Cory Joseph Continues to Thrive in Backup Role
7 years agoIndiana Pacers point guard Cory Joseph was the main beneficiary of the Pacers routing of the Phoenix Suns. Joseph managed to shoot efficiently from the field, scoring 16 points and dishing six assists in the win. Joseph played 31 minutes, so his stats are a tad inflated, but his play should still be noted while he stays entirely fantasy relevant. This is coming after he put up a 16-minute dud against Cleveland, but the Pacers still won and Joseph responded against the Suns with authority. If you were worried Joseph may start to see a downtrend, this game should reset your meters. His upside is limited, but Joseph will still be a sturdy bench option for the Pacers moving forward.
