BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
OWNED IN: 39% of Yahoo! Leagues
ANALYSIS: Seattle running backs have been unreliable to say the least this fantasy season. A cavalcade of running backs ranging from Eddie Lacy, Thomas Rawls, Chris Carson, C.J. Prosise and J.D McKissic has now come to Mike Davis, who began the year on the practice squad.
Davis has been the main guy in the backfield over the last two weeks. He carried the ball 16 times for 64 yards in Week 13 and nearly replicated that exactly in Week 14, carrying 15 times for 66 yards. He is not much of a threat out of the backfield, at least as long as J.D McKissic is still in the fold.
Still, Davis is the clear-cut number one back heading into Week 15 against the Rams. He should get between 15-20 carries and a handful of targets out of the backfield. That alone is enough for him to start in 12+ team leagues and beyond. The potential for a touchdown makes him worth owning in all formats.
