ANALYSIS: I think it's about time we all started giving Brian Hoyer the respect that he deserves. He stepped in for an injured Jay Cutler and has been pretty darn good. In the past four games he has eclipsed the 300-yard mark four times and has thrown for six touchdowns (even though he had zero in Week 6). His numbers are at least QB2 worthy. He has taken less than stellar wide receivers like Eddie Royal and Cameron Meredith and turned them into a relevant conversation. He has done a great job filling in under center for Chicago and if the Bears were smart, they would bench Jay Cutler when he is finally ready to return. With a Week 7 matchup against an injured and swiss cheese-like Green Bay Packers secondary, Brian Hoyer is a must start.
