BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 1% of Fleaflicker Leagues
ANALYSIS: Just when Chase d'Arnaud was fading from memory, he has come crashing back. He hit his first Major League home run on Friday and has stolen two bases and driven in four RBI this past week. D'Arnaud is hitting .279 for the season, but has been down lately, hitting just .209 in the last two weeks. He made a great fill-in at several positions while the Braves were suffering injuries, but with Jace Peterson and Erick Aybar back to previous form, he has found himself without a starting job. The Braves are starting to find ways to utilize him again, though. He is playing center field on occasion and may gain outfield eligibility in addition to his existing three positions. His positional versatility is his greatest asset for deep league owners. He isn't start-worthy in most formats, but he can provide NL-only or 14+ team league owners a valuable bench player who may soon become a decent streaming option again.
