This should be illegal. The Braves have been putrid this past week and have a .583 OPS versus LHP, the worst in baseball. Bumgarner may throw a no-hitter here.

Carlos Carrasco (SP, CLE) vs Royals

Difficult to trust a pitcher coming off the DL, but Carrasco was striking out a batter per inning before he went down. Carrasco went 4-0 with a 1.55 ERA in four starts versus the Royals last year.

Max’s Value Plays of the Day

Dallas Keuchel (SP, HOU) vs Diamondbacks

Trust me, I am frightened too. But Keuchel looked to be his old self last outing (7 IP, 2 ER) with the damage coming in the first inning. He's always pitched better at home and held the Dbacks in check last year (2 GS, 2-0, 11 K). With Greinke pushing people away from Keuchel, it's a solid opportunity in tournament formats.

Matt Boyd (SP, DET) vs Yankees

Boyd gets another turn in the rotation versus a struggling Yankees lineup. Their .358 SLG and .662 OPS versus LHP are ranked 26th in baseball.

Starting Pitchers to Fade in Daily Fantasy Baseball

Wade Miley (SP, SEA) at Padres

The Padres are a pedestrian lineup but Miley is a pedestrian pitcher. Miley is 1-6 with a 4.60 ERA versus the Padres in his career.

Juan Nicasio (SP, PIT) at Marlins

After a hot start Nicasio has cooled down for the Buccos. He had a 6.75 ERA in May and the Marlins .271 average vs RHP is sixth in baseball. This could be the game that gets Jameson Taillon to the show.
