Baller Move: Add in 12+ team leagues

It is no secret I am a HUGE fan of this former Rule 5 pick of the Philadelphia Phillies, and he continues to pay dividends to how much of a great player he truly is.
Last season he had some rough patches but ended up hitting .297 with 16 SB, 64 R and wRC+ of 110. There were however a ton of warranted question marks coming into this season as to whether or not he could remain a top of the lineup hitter. Is he for real? Can he keep this up? Will his offense ever catch up to his elite defense? Does he have the trust of management to be an important piece for the club's rebuilding process? The answer to all of those is a resounding yes.
He has not been lighting the world on fire so far in 2016 but continues to have the trust of manager Pete Mackanin to be a facilitator for his young offense. His .387 BABIP, .344 OBP and .418 SLG% should be seen as low marks going forward which speaks to his true ability to stay a consistent bat for the Phillies. He should also be a 20-steal threat as the Phillies offense keeps molding into form. Cesar Hernandez is probably a better lead-off hitter right now and should be used as such, but Herrera can easily slide in as a very solid number 2 hitter going forward.
If you drafted him then stay patient as it is still early in the season and the production will come to fruition. If he is still hanging out on your waiver wire go ahead and scoop him up and look really smart once he starts hitting.
