We have a mediocre five-game slate this Tuesday, and it starts one hour later than usual. Also, we can pretty much eliminate one game from our outlook (at least in cash games), as the Heat and the Spurs are two of the best defenses in the league. That leads to less shots and less fantasy points.
In this article, I will be providing you with Daily NBA picks for FanDuel for 2/9/16. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

FanDuel DFS Point Guards
Isaiah Thomas (at MIL) - $8,000
Thomas went berserk against the Kings Sunday. That doesn't tell you much, because most guards do that. Still, he has the potential to do that any night of the week. The Bucks should keep this game's pace fairly steady, so Thomas will have more than enough shots and possessions to hit value on Tuesday.
Deron Williams (vs. UTA) - $5,600
Last games' 38-minute 42.9-FDP performance is probably not in Williams' future for Tuesday's game. However, it was a good sign to see him play well in a tough matchup. The Jazz should be slightly easier, and at Williams' price we can settle for 30 FDP and still be in the running for some money.
FanDuel DFS Shooting Guards
Bradley Beal (at NY) - $6,000
Beal looks to have moved back into the starting lineup for now, and he should near 30 minutes barring an injury. With the amount of shots that he will get from three-point land, Beal can certainly hit value at this price. It's not exactly a safe pick, but the upside is certainly there for the young shooter.
Rodney Hood (at DAL) - $5,800
Hood's scoring ability has really shown through these past couple of months. He will have an off night every once in a while, but the shots will be there most nights. Dallas can be tough on the interior, so Utah may be settling for a lot of shots at the hands of Hood. This price won't kill you either.
FanDuel DFS Small Forwards
Carmelo Anthony (vs. WAS) - $8,900
The Wizards push the pace, meaning more points for opposing teams. They have a glaring weakness in their defense against wing men. It's very likely that Melo will touch the ball every possession in order to expose that weakness. It hurts to spend up here when there is a such a fast-paced game later in the night, but Melo could very well be the top scorer of the night.
Kawhi Leonard (at MIA) - $7,300
OK, so I'm going to break my own rule mentioned above. If you've followed Leonard's game logs, you'll know that his biggest games come during close contests. In what should be a dog fight in Miami without Tim Duncan or Manu Ginobli, this one could very well come down to the wire. The Heat have actually been average against small forwards this year, so this could be Leonard's big game at a very low price.
FanDuel DFS Power Forwards
Draymond Green (vs. HOU) - $9,100
Here's another potential spot to pay up. While a blowout seems imminent, Green against this defense seems too good to pass up. The Rockets have struggled against power forwards all year, and a very dynamic scorer should have his way in a fast paced game. Let's hope for four quarters of Green, but even three should be enough for a triple double in this spot.
Kristaps Porzingis (vs. WAS) - $6,700
Porzingis is rounding back into form. Just look at his game log. The Wizards have been struggling to keep power forwards healthy all year, but whoever does come out will have no answer for the length of the Knicks' rookie. Porzingis should stay hot in this matchup at a very reasonable price.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Andrew Bogut (vs. HOU) - $4,200
This play is no lock, but it seems logical that Bogut will see a lot of court time to matchup with Howard's size. At this price, you only need 10 rebounds, a couple assists, and a few points to feel good about your investment. Barring injury news near game-time, there isn't a whole lot of value on this slate, so you'll need Bogut to open up some cap for the guys above.
