Robinson Cano did not have an MVP-like season in 2015, but he still proved he was one of the top fantasy second basemen in the game. His batting average dipped to .287, which was his worst in seven seasons. The 33-year-old was fourth in homers at the position (21), which was seven more than he had in 2014. He was first in RBI (79) although he only swiped two bases, which was 10 less than he did in 2014. If Nelson Cruz hits behind him, Cano’s fantasy value will continue to be high. The five-time Silver Slugger still holds a lot of value because of how shallow second base is for fantasy purposes. He’ll likely be picked somewhere in the fifth or sixth rounds as the third or fourth second baseman off the board. You'll want to jump on him there, because after that there isn't much left.
