The Arizona Cardinals will face the San Francisco 49ers later today, and all signs suggest Chris Johnson will have that bounce-back game fantasy owners have been waiting for. Johnson has one of his best games of the year in Week 3 when they first met the 49ers, rushing for 110 yards and two touchdowns, adding a catch for 40 yards. San Francisco hasn't gotten any better, giving up 10 total rushing touchdowns and 126.2 rushing yards per game. If you don't start him today, you never will.
Carson Palmer figures to lead the way after torching the Cincinnati Bengals last week, throwing for 317 yards and four touchdowns. Look for him to stay hot in this contest, as it looks like he'll have his full complement of wide receivers for this one. Michael Floyd is set to come back this week after being sidelined last week with a hamstring injury. Floyd has back-to-back games of 100 yards and scored in each of his last four games.
Larry Fitzgerald should get plenty of targets, but the main fear is that Arizona will shy away from the pass game if they get a big lead late. Still, when these two teams squared off in Week 3, Fitz caught nine balls for 134 yards and a couple touchdowns. The final in that game? 47-7.
John Brown is listed as probable after also dealing with a hamstring issue. Brown had a decent return last week, and more importantly played more snaps than he did the past several weeks. There should be plenty to go around today for the Cardinals, and it doesn't seem the 49ers will have any answers.
