BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 37% of Fleaflicker Leagues
ANALYSIS: The meter is rising once again for Teddy Bridgewater, coming off his best start of the year. Emerging rookie wideout Stefon Diggs brings a new dimension to the Vikings' offense, and that benefits their second-year signal caller immensely. The Vikings have found out the hard way what the Dolphins and Steelers already knew regarding one-gear veteran Mike Wallace, the alleged dynamic burner who has one catch over 20 yards on the season. Unlike Wallace, Diggs actually fights for poorly thrown balls and already has eight catches of 20+ yards in just three games. This new weapon allows Bridgewater to sling it with greater confidence, and it showed with his first 300-yard passing game of the year in Sunday's win at Detroit. This isn't a painful bye week for quarterbacks, but several are facing tough pass defenses (Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning, Derek Carr, Ben Roethlisberger). Meanwhile, Bridgewater and the Vikings host Chicago, which is in the bottom third of the league in yards per pass at 7.3. If he's out there, Bridgewater is worth a look as a backup, and perhaps even a spot start if your No. 1 is facing a team like the Jets or Broncos.
