CBS Reporter Tracy Wolfson tweeted this morning that Atlanta Falcons Head Coach Dan Quinn said that wide receiver Julio Jones will play tonight against the New Orleans Saints and will not be on a snap count. The announcement comes after early speculation suggested that Jones would be limited to a snap count due to a lingering hamstring injury.
Jones has been a huge part of the Falcons success this season, grabbing 43 passes for 545 yards and four touchdowns. Health has appeared to hamper Jones' play lately, as he has just nine catches for 105 yards and zero receiving touchdowns in his last two games.
If you're a Julio Jones owner, the news has to eliminate any doubt you had about Jones heading into a short week. While he may be a little banged-up still, the fact that his snaps won't be limited is a great sign. Jones is a must-start tonight against a Saints defense that ranks 27th in standard fantasy formats.
