Marshawn Lynch was reportedly very close to taking the field for the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football against the Detroit Lions, but team doctors chose to hold him out an extra week to avoid any further setbacks. However, Beastmode is expected to start for the Seahawks in week 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
"His best day was today," Pete Carroll said following Seattle's MNF win. "He ran pretty well in pregame, but they did not think he could sustain through the game and come out healthy again the next week."
Obviously Lynch is a must-start in all fantasy football leagues whenever he's healthy enough to start for the Seahawks, regardless of who the team is playing. If, for whatever reason, Lynch can't go against the Bengals, Thomas Rawls would see most of the carries out of the backfield due to Fred Jackson likely being ruled out with an ankle injury. If Rawls gets the start, he would make for a great RB2.
