Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and wide receiver Alshon Jeffrey are both highly questionable for their week 4 matchup against the Oakland Raiders. Cutler is considered 50/50 to play on Sunday due to a hamstring injury while Jeffrey remain limited in practice on Thursday due to his own hamstring injury.
Cutler and Jeffrey are a package deal going forward. Don't start Jeffrey in any fantasy football leagues unless Cutler is playing and don't start Cutler unless Jeffrey is playing. Even if Jeffrey does play on Sunday, he wouldn't be able to make any plays with Jimmy Clausen throwing him the ball. Likewise, Cutler wouldn't find any success in the passing game without Jeffrey.
If both guys end up playing against the Raiders, they are both safe to start this week. But since it sounds 50/50 for both guys, play it safe and find an alternative option for the time being.
