NBA DFS FanDuel Advice & Sleepers – Lineup Picks for 3/24/15

All throughout the 2014-15 NBA campaign, RotoBaller will be analyzing the top NBA DFS lineup picks and providing our expert advice for the best sleepers at the guard, forward and center positions. Below are our favorite FanDuel DFS picks for March 24th, 2015.

Keep in mind, fantasy basketball is a fickle game when it comes to injured players, so be sure to check all lineups prior to tip-off. If you want to chat about your roster picks, check out the DFS chat room at the bottom of this post.

Worth the FanDuel Investment

DeMar DeRozan (TOR, G) - $7,600

DeMar DeRozan has always been a difficult player to pick in fantasy due to his lack of production in stats outside of points. After missing a significant portion of the year due to injury, DeRozan came back and shot inefficiently. He also hardly put up any stats in the other categories. As of late, DeRozan has managed to put everything together. He is scoring at a great clip, and he is also providing plenty of rebounds and assists to pad his fantasy line. In the month of March, DeRozan is averaging 24.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 4.0 assists. His scoring has finally been supplemented by production in other areas. As a result, his value on FanDuel is absolutely terrific. It’s nice to see that the Toronto star is putting his game back together heading into the playoffs. Expect DeRozan to do more of the same on Tuesday against the Detroit Pistons. Their wings will have difficulty keeping up with the length and speed of DeRozan.

Honorable Mention: Reggie Jackson (DET, G)

Kawhi Leonard (SA, F) - $8,500

Kawhi Leonard is starting to mold back into his 2014 Finals MVP form. His play has been absolutely terrific of late, and he is proving worthy of the fantasy hype placed on him before the start of the season. In his last eight games, Leonard has averaged 19.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 3.3 steals. Leonard should be a great fantasy option down the line in this push towards the playoffs. The Spurs are not in trouble of losing their seventh seed and will likely look to rest the older veterans Parker, Duncan, and Ginobili. This would allow Leonard to gain more experience leading the Spurs team and help him magnify his role heading into the playoffs after missing so much of the year due to various injuries. Leonard’s production is well worth his high asking price on FanDuel.

Honorable Mention: Khris Middleton (Mil, F)

Enes Kanter (OKC, C) - $6,900

I believe heavily investing in the center slot would be a great strategy on Tuesday, because the power forward position doesn't seem that strong. The top players at the power forward slot have injury risks. Therefore, use the extra money to invest in the center slot, and target Enes Kanter as a prime option for the position. We may all agree that Kanter is not be the “generational” talent his agent claimed him to be, but Kanter is a great offensive option on a Thunder team that can’t catch a break with injuries. With each player that goes down for the team, Kanter is provided with more scoring responsibility. His rebounding numbers have been incredible as of late, especially with the absence of Serge Ibaka and Nick Collison. Look for Kanter to continue his double-double ways on Tuesday against the defensively weak LA Lakers. Russell Westbrook will continue to look for Kanter as the best target for his assists. In the last seven games that Kanter has played, he has averaged 21.1 points and 12.1 rebounds, and six games resulted in double-doubles.

Honorable Mention: Hassan Whiteside (Mia, C)

DFS Sleeper Picks

Zaza Pachulia (Mil, C) - $5,800

Zaza Pachulia has a great name and a great situation. He has emerged as the best big man in Milwaukee, and is the beneficiary of great spacing and assisting from his teammates. Pachulia has been putting up great production as of late, contributing plentifully in big man stats. In his last seven games, Pachulia is averaging 13.4 points, 10.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.0 steals. Pachulia provides excellent production based on his asking price, and should be a solid investment on Tuesday against the Miami Heat.

Honorable Mentions: Danny Green (SA, G), Chandler Parsons (Dal, F)
