Browns, Giants, Patriots Receive Calls For Picks Nos. 2-4
17 seconds agoThe Cleveland Browns, New York Giants and New England Patriots have all received calls about picks Nos. 2-4 in the first round of the 2025 NFL draft on Thursday night, according to The Athletic's Dianna Russini. According to sources, teams interested in moving into the top five have a specific player in mind, most likely Colorado wide receiver/defensive back Travis Hunter or Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter. The Tennessee Titans are fully expected to take Miami quarterback Cam Ward with the No. 1 overall pick when they are on the clock on Thursday evening. It doesn't sound like the Browns, Giants or Patriots are sold on their options after Ward. The Browns and Giants are very much in the market for a signal-caller, but Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders' stock has fallen considerably in recent weeks and is no longer a lock to go to either Cleveland or New York in the top five of the draft.
