Carlos Rodon Strong Again In Win Over Cleveland
6 hours agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Carlos Rodon (3-3) had another brilliant outing on Wednesday, tossing seven innings of one-run ball in a 5-1 win over the Cleveland Guardians. He picked up his third win of the season. Rodon's only run allowed was unearned, and he allowed only four hits and two walks while striking out eight. After a dominant outing against the Tampa Bay Rays last time out, Rodon continued to sparkle in this one. He's racked up 17 strikeouts in 13 IP over his last two starts and has only allowed one (unearned) run on six total hits in those starts. He is a must-start in fantasy while pitching like this, and fantasy managers who roster him should be very encouraged by his past two starts. Rodon will look to keep things rolling in his next scheduled start on Tuesday against the Baltimore Orioles.
