Shavon Revel Expected Back Around The Start Of Training Camp
30 seconds agoEast Carolina cornerback Shavon Revel (knee) tore his left ACL in September and isn't expected to be back until around the start of training camp at the end of July, which will be more of a problem for some teams than others, according to SI.com's Albert Breer. Revel is highly regarded and likely would have been a first-round pick in the 2025 NFL draft if he hadn't torn his ACL. Barring any setbacks, the 23-year-old could have a shot at being ready to make his NFL debut in Week 1, but he still will have missed valuable development time this offseason. Despite his injury, the young defensive back is considered one of the best prospects at his position behind Colorado two-way star and Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter, Michigan cornerback Will Johnson and Notre Dame corner Benjamin Morrison.
