Minnesota Wild winger Matt Boldy finished Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Vegas Golden Knights with two goals. The 24-year-old became the fifth-youngest player in franchise history with a multi-goal performance in a playoff contest, finding the back of the net with his only efforts on goal. Kirill Kaprizov registered assists on both plays. Boldy was busy throughout the night and delivered a game-high five hits in 22:32 of action. Minnesota started the playoffs with a disappointing result, but the play of the top line will be encouraging for the team. Boldy & Co. will attempt to tie the series on Tuesday night.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Minnesota Wild right wing Matt Boldy tallied two points to lead Minnesota to a 3-2 overtime victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday evening. Minnesota Wild winger Matt Boldy finished Wednesday's 8-7 overtime victory against the San Jose Sharks with four assists. Despite blowing a 7-4 lead in the third period, the Wild managed to boost their playoff chances with the win. The team has now picked up two vital overtime wins in a row, with Boldy playing a key role in both contests. He has amassed seven points (one goal, six assists) over these games. The young winger leads his team in scoring with 71 points (26 goals, 45 assists) in 76 contests for the campaign. Kirill Kaprizov's (lower body) return sent Boldy back to the second line on Wednesday, but he will still have a major role to play for the team over the final stretch of the regular season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Minnesota Wild left wing Matt Boldy found the back of the net twice during their victory over the Seattle Kraken on Wednesday evening. Boldy would score his first goal in the opening frame during 5-on-5 play. Later in the contest, Boldy would score the empty-netter to put the game out of reach. This outing snapped an 11-game goal drought for the 23-year-old. During this 11-game stretch, Boldy tallied six helpers with a -9 rating. Through 69 total games this season, the former 12th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Draft has found the back of the net 23 times and added 35 helpers. Boldy has tallied 18 of his points on the power play and added 39 hits and 49 blocked shots. Minnesota Wild left wing Matt Boldy tallied two goals and an assist during their 6-3 victory over the New York Islanders on Saturday evening. Boldy tallied the primary assist on Marco Rossi's opening game in the first period. Later in the second, Boldy would find the back of the net on a tip-in. Then, in the third, Boldy would tally his second goal, which would be credited as an own-goal against the Islanders. The 23-year-old logged four shots on goal in this contest with a +2 rating. This outing snapped a five-game scoreless streak for Boldy. Prior to this slump, the 23-year-old tallied eight points (two goals, six helpers) over his previous six contests. Fantasy managers should expect Boldy to continue to see top minutes in the Minnesota offense with Kirill Kaprizov (lower body) sidelined.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
